With over five years of experience in top-tier agencies like Dentsu McGarry Bowen, RAPP by Omnicom Group, and Exposure, Shristi brings a blend of creative vision and strategic expertise to every project. Armed with an academic background from the University of Westminster and Symbiosis Institute of Design, she specializes in brand positioning, consumer insights, and market-driven storytelling. Her ability to forge strong client partnerships ensures brands are built with purpose and long-term success in mind.
Pooja Jathar, Design Lead
Pooja is a visionary designer with over five years of experience working with global leaders like IBM and Siemens. Her work has received national recognition, earning prestigious design awards, and she is a verified mentor with ADP List. She combines creative excellence with strategic thinking, driving Tandem & Co’s design philosophy while ensuring that every brand we work with has a unique and compelling visual identity.
